Torta alla carota
blend 375gr of carrots, 195gr brown sugar,
add 120ml vegetable oil, 3 eggs, orange zest, pinch of salt.
add 190gr self-raising flour, 50gr ground almond (farina di mandorle), 1 spoon of bicarbonate of soda, a splash of Port.
bake in pre-heated oven at 150-160 degree Celsius for 50 mins.
